Electrical components are warranted for 1 year to be free from defects of material or workmanship. If a defect in material or workmanship occurs, call 800-533-7372 for instructions on how to have the Product repaired or replaced. This Warranty applies only to the original Purchaser/Consumer of the Products from the date of purchase of the Product. Defective Products returned become property of the manufacturer. Limitations on the Warranty: The following limitations apply to the Warranty: (a) The Warranty applies only to Products which are defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The Warranty does not cover service or labor charges which are incurred in removing or replacing any Product. (b) The Warranty does not cover the winch finish or wire rope. Accordingly, the manufacturer will not replace, repair or refinish any Products if the finish on the Product is worn in any manner. (c) The Warranty does not extend to Products which are damaged or which fail as a result of the Product being abused, neglected, or misused in any manner, or as a result of any accident, or which are misapplied, overloaded, improperly installed, or altered in any manner by anyone other than the manufacturer its agents or representatives.
