Purchased this and used it for awhile then the battery stopped charging. I replaced it but only used it for a short time after that. I have found that they say it will work with windows 10 so that's good news. Here's what I found online. I cant provide links to software but you should be able to find it. Just cut and paste info into a browser. Logitech has recently updated the driver for the Harmony 900 and H1000/1100 to be compatible with Windows 10. The version (7.8.0) can be downloaded from here. Note that some users have reported that this version does not work correctly when they tried to update the Harmony 900. We have been successfully using a prior version(7.7.1) under Windows 10 with no problems at all, so you can also try using 7.7.1 if the latest version does not work for you. Caution - an user let me know it was unprogrammable as of May 28th - so I looked back at the same site where got the above info and I think some things might have changed.
