This ramallet tomato's distinctive taste and dry flesh are treasured on the small Spanish island of Mallorca in the Mediterranean Sea. They are often hung from the ceilings of homes there and used throughout the winter. This is a wonderful tomato to slice and drizzle with olive oil on fresh- baked bread.
