Item description
This is a vintage, Mid Century, Milk Glass sugar bowl, compote, vase or floral base. The vintage dish is marked on the bottom with concentric circles in what seems to be a bulls eye pattern. I have not been able to match the mark with a maker however. The antique cup sized vase belonged to my mother and has been in the family for as long as I can remember (to at least the 1960s). My mother used the milk glass vase as a floral base for small flower arrangements. Best guess for a date range is firmly Mid century, between the 1940s and 1960s. The vintage milk glass sugar bowl is in nice condition, with the exception of a small chip on the base. (See Photos) The antique milk glass measures about 3.5" tall and 5.5" tall.
