Multi Strand Beaded Necklace Vintage Japanese Glitter Sugar Beads Mint Cond Pale Green. A gorgeous 4 strand beaded vintage necklace, in MINT condition, signed only Japan. Featuring pale green with gold swirls, Japanese sugar beads which were are very popular. They have a glittery surface on them, and are of 2 different sizes. They are the largest sized beads in the necklace, being just a little over 1/4" wide. The other beads, are of a satin finish and are pale green beads, and white satin beads and are also made up of 2 different sizes around the necklace with clear shiny glass spacers in between all the beads. Each strand is completely closed up with caps on the ends that attach to the silver findings that are shaped like 4 leafs on each side of the necklace, and has holes made into them where the strands are attached by metal capped attachments in the 4 holes, truly pretty, and ending with an adjustable length chain, combined of 2 different colors of green beads and 2 different sizes. The beads on the adjustable chain are of alternating, 3 satin finish beads of the smallest size you see in the necklace and 2 shiny pearl pale green beads of the same size, ending with a larger shiny pale green pearl on the very end, with a hook type clasp that is signed Japan. These beads are just gorgeous, and I wish I had taken a photo of the back of the necklace to show how pretty it is also with the decorative leaf endings and chain hanging down. I will try to get some and put them up, but you can take my word for it, it is beautiful. This necklace would make a great special gift for someone this year, however, when you see them in person, you will want to keep them for yourself. A really great vintage find.
