The uniqueness of the product is the use of soy (non-GMO) and not animal milk (cow’s or goat’s milk) in its manufacturing process. Therefore, the product does not contain lactose. Soy is used in the manufacture of the product but is not an ingredient. Dosage Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times daily, 15-20 min before meals.
