It was made in Japan, and is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, although there are some spots where the paint is worn off, and the plate is a little dusty and will need to be cleaned up a bit. There is also a sticker remnant on the pitcher that will need to be cleaned off. It is 3.5” tall, 2.75” deep, 4.75” from spout to handle, and 3.5” in diameter. I am unsure of the age of the plate. It is a very nice colorful hand painted plate.
