It is in very good condition, with only some light scuffs and fading on the cover, a sticker address label, and some light wear at the corners and edges. The pages are all intact, but are a little yellowed with age. It is a very nice back issue of Ring Magazine, and a great find and collectible one for all you boxing fans out there.
