A repair form will need to be filled out, message me and I will provide a link for you to download it. If you have multiple devices that need repair you must provide a repair form for each device. Once we receive your Switch, it will usually ship out within a day or two. return shipping will be paid for by us for repaired devices. If you decide not to go through with the repair or if your console is unrepairable you will be responsible for providing a postage label to ship back.
