SHURE SCM820 Intellimix Automatic Mixer w/ Ethernet Labeled as SCM820-DAN, HOWEVER There looks to be just a standard ethernet card so may be someone in the past swapped out a Dante card with regular ethernet card. MIXER IS NOT WORKING. Used not working, all LEDs light up like it is in an LED test mode or something, and don't turn off/change . We bought this sold as a working unit, and we should have opened and tested it right away, but due to supply chain issues awaiting other components for an install job, it sat in a box for a few months before we opened it. When we opened to test it, we found all leds light up as shown, so we had to find another one right away to finish the project. (This one had been here too long to return it, so selling it as received to recoup some of our costs.) Perhaps someone knows how to reset or repair it. (or if anyone knows of a quick fix, please feel free to contact us) OR It can also be sent back to Shure for their flat rate repair service at less than cost of new one. Or maybe the DAN model is not designed to work with regular network card??? Sorry we are not experts on this model.
