Solid red in color with silver accents (buttons, hardware, etc.), it has adjustable straps, belt loops, lots of pockets, and a zipper with a ring-pull. Laid flat, waist measures about 16.5" (so all the way around would be 33") and hip area measures about 19" (so 38" all the way around).
