Hardcover edition about 5 3/4" x 8 1/2" in Good to Very Good condition. Ideal for the purpose intended and will outlive any of us. A few lines here and there but not very many of them were highlighted or underlined. The former owner did have a penchant for marking pages by turning the corners and did a number of them. In the course of undoing them I regretfully tore one of the pages. Not all the way so it is still all there, a piece of Scotch Magic Tape is the most you would need but it should be alright as is; This page is shown in one of the pictures.
