This Enesco Precious Moments porcelain plaque features a girl praying with the message "PRAYER CHANGES THINGS".
The winter-themed plaque was manufactured in 1993 and is in mint condition. The small size of 3.5 inches in length and .05 inches in width makes it a perfect addition to any collection.
