TrendMart Return Policy
1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
All digital items (such as printable planners, pet logs, and organizer sheets) are delivered via instant download.
No physical item will be shipped.
Available worldwide immediately after purchase through Bonanza.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us for assistance and we’ll make sure you receive a working copy.
2. High-Value Physical Products (Ships to USA and/or Canada depending on the product)
These include Enagic water systems (e.g., K8, Anespa DX) and other premium equipment.
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original sealed packaging.
Returns are not accepted if the machine has been installed, used, or altered in any way.
All items are photographed and documented before shipment for quality assurance.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking and insurance.
A 15% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, re-packaging, and payment processor fees.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
Shipping Restrictions: These high-value products ship to the USA & Canada only. No international shipping outside these regions.
3. Other Physical Products (Ships to USA Only)
This includes items fulfilled by our trusted U.S.-based shipping partners (e.g., accessories, general goods).
Shipping within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days (processing + delivery).
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping with tracking and insurance.
A 10% restocking fee may apply.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

4. General Policy (Booth Default)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The above sections outline category-specific return rules. For items not listed there, our default policy is:
Returns accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
