It is heavy cardboard with glossy finish outside and is a 3 way folding card, opens up three sides with the front side having the heart cut out where you can see the picture through the heart shaped hole in the front. Opens up to the full picture of a beautiful scene with house, birds, rainbow, trees, swans in lake and grassy hills.
