This is a vintage RHINESTONE RIBBON BOW BROOCH by AVON!
In a goldtone metal, this vintage pin is a ribbon tied into a bow. With Two loops of the bow on one side and one on the other, the two ends of the ribbon balance the pin hanging below the one loop side.
There are 3 clear, round cut rhinestones at the bow's "knot" in the center.
