RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT ! # 17 (Nov 1969). Very Fine+ 8.5 w/ nice, clean, off- white pages. Comic has a very solid, intact, and excellent spine structure with five very small, light stress lines down on the lower portion. All four corners are sharp and exceptionally well- defined (like perfect right angles) with no tears, creases, or chips out. Similarly, the edges of the comic are even, straight, and structurally near perfect all the way around the book--front and back--with no tears or chips out of the margins. The cover surface is remarkably sleek and smooth as well as clean, bright, and very attractive across the vast majority of its beautiful surface area with just some light surface wear near the upper right area, as can be seen in photo. Centerfold is tight and secure at both internal staple bars which are silver and clean with no rust wear or discoloration. Inside and back covers (as pictured) are clean, smooth, and white with no smudges or tan discoloration. The back cover of this comic is particularly beautiful: ultra-clean and bright white. Overall tight book, with its cover securely-attached at both staples which are clean silver as well as evenly aligned and nicely- placed right along the edge of the spine, with no rust wear or discoloration.
