This beautiful handmade original painting features a Scarlet Tanager bird in red and black. It is sitting upon a pine branch against a blue sky. The painting is unsigned from what I can see. The backside has a tag from a Winston-Salem North Carolina framing shop. The medium appears to me to be acrylic on a wood board, might be a canvas board. It is housed within a brown wood frame with a red stripe. There is no glass cover. The entire piece measures 15-1/8" wide, 12-1/8" tall. The frame is 3/4" wide, the displayed image is 13-5/8" wide, 10-5/8" tall. The condition is as shown in the photographs. The frame has some natural distressing. Structurally strong and not loose.
