Make VERY sure that your DVD player will play a "NTSC" coded DVD. Most modern NTSC DVD players will play BOTH NTSC and PAL. However, a PAL DVD player will NOT play NTSC. NTSC is used mostly in North and South America (and in Asia??), while PAL is used in many European and Asian countries. Please make SPECIAL Note -- If you are using a COMPUTER based DVD player (either internal OR external), the previous does NOT apply. As a general rule, the computer doesn't care whether the DVD is encoded NTSC or PAL - it will play EITHER !! We are charging ONLY a sufficient amount to cover the production and distribution costs of the disk set, plus a small reserve to cover contingencies such as refunds for defective or lost disks. Place a finger on the spindle and, while gently pressing DOWN on it, lift the disk UPWARD by its edge. DO NOT apply excessive pressure to the disk nor attempt to PRY it up.
