I am selling as is for parts. Please read. It does indeed turn on as if it were fine, but when I insert the microcassette it does not always play. You can hear the microphone very clear, but it won't play or rewind or fast forward when the tape is inserted. When the tape is taken out the inner circle does move as if it plays.
