The console powers on but has not been hooked up to a TV to test. The power and open buttons seem to stick a bit and sometimes you have to press the power button multiple times for it to power on. Console itself is faded/discolored in spots. Does not come with any cords. Does come with the controller pictured but that has not been tested.
