About three inches diameter and almost a quarter inch thick, antiqued brass. Made as a presentation "table medal" with a scroll for inscription/personalization but someone instead used it on something probably a wall plaque. I think it is possible the glue remaining could be removed and the item used as originally intended but I cannot guarantee that, have not tried myself and the chances are you might just want to glue it on another plaque. Looks nice with only a little light wear which you would not much notice.
