Authentic US Navy Woodland Camouflage Utility Cap in Pattern Type II, extra small size. This vintage cover features a subdued Petty Officer rank patch on the front and was manufactured by SEKRI Industries, Inc. under contract. A great piece of military uniform history from a now-retired pattern.
