Large quarto (13 3/4" tall by 9 3/4" wide) photograph album with 270 color photos of USS Coral Sea aircraft carrier WestPac tour (CVA-43 VA-94) 1973. The photograph album was created by or for Robert R. Thompson who was a crew member attached to VA-94. Action photographs of the aircraft carrier and planes, some of the ship's crew, various ports of call including Hawaii, the Philippines, Japan and Hong Kong. The photo album is a Pioneer Spiral Bound. There is brass cover plate (see photos). The photographs are in excellent condition and well protected. I assume this album contains unique photos probably taken by Thompson. Extras are 5 large format color photos and a Fujifilm CD-R 80 min 700 MB disc in a sleeve at the rear.
