The lamp looks to be Italian in origin to me from Italy (see photos). The lamp is made of ceramic pottery with a Blanc De Chine white gloss glazed finish with some accent coloring (see photos). This item measures in total about 31+ inches high to the top of the finial (it is about 24 inches high to the socket top) and it is about 8+ inches wide.
