Vintage Spanish Talavera Handpainted Ceramic Large Jug Serving Pitcher Platter. Beautiful matching pitcher platter feature bright, vibrant, colors (reds, greens, gray/black) in intricate designs. Made from tin-glazed earthenware. Both stamped Ceramica De La Cal, Puente Del Arzobispo Tolredo Espana, and are numbered. Measures-pitcher 10" tall, 6" across at widest point, 7" wide from spout to handle, 3 1/2" across bottom. Serving platter-13" across, 1 1/2" in height. Large 4 1/2" handle. Both are new, never used, display pieces only. Pitcher has pinched spout to prevent ice fruit from poring out. Both in mint condition, some flaws noted due to being handcrafted and handpainted. Comes from a smoke free, pet free home.
