This is a beautiful Takito Company hand-painted lustre ware wall pocket, a colorful sailing ship with flags. Made in Japan, I believe it dates to the 1930s, but it could possibly be the 1940s. Measures about 7.5" tall and 5" across. It is in absolutely excellent condition with no chips or cracks or signs of wear. The colors are really vibrant, so much more vivid in person than they appear in my photo. A gorgeous piece, and these are rather rare now, especially in such fantastic shape! Asking $25.00 obo.
