Vintage Woven Wood Picnic Basket - With Handles Intact GREAT OLD BASKET CLASSIC Description Offered here is this nice Vintage Picnic Basket. The baket looks quite old, although I am unsure of its exact age or origins. It is made of woven wood, and does have some condition issues. There are several places along the outer corner edges where the wood is broken, and in some places, there are small holes. The basket's folding handles are intact and in working condition, which is rare in these old baskets. The handles are usually the first thing to break. The basket is 7.5" tall, 14.5" tall with the handles up, 7" deep, 12" wide, and 19.25" long. It would be a wonderful display piece in a country decorating scheme, or a very nice restoration project as well.
