This is is an excellent example of the original, 1981 Japanese Lion Voltron. This is the Genuine, best quality, large (12-inch) Matchbox Diecast metal version. (Original 1981). Parts are precision-cast and fit together nicely to operate with the satisfying feel of precision machinery. The superior quality of toy-craftsmanship is noticeable over most other versions.
