We can’t imagine anybody remaining blue while donning this gorgeous topper. The hat is a new Liz Claiborne design, with the LuLu’s Fancy touch applied. This is a brand new hat, newly designed by LuLu's Fancy. We don't have UPC codes for our designs, so they get categorized as "used", when they are not. LuLu’s Fancy does combine shipping for cost savings when our customers purchase multiple items on the same order.
