Why did I make a wreath out of this pattern of baking items? Because I love to bake! I bake breads, muffins, cookies, chocolate cake and savory items, too. So when I found this fabric filled with baking items, muffin tins, rolling pins, dough whisks, croissants, bread loaves, spoons, knives, baskets of muffins, raw wheat, and so much more, I kind of went a little happy and thought, WHY NOT? Admittedly, the color is kinda lacking but isn’t that what people want now? A neutral palette? Beige and black are the only two colors in this fabric so I jazzed it up with a non metallic gold, black and browns and an addition of caramel that gives this wreath that golden crust effect I wanted to add, just like the perfect crust on your french baguette! The black line illustrations on this fabric are fun and cute. The drawings are close together so you see much of the illustrations on the fabric. Yay to that! This makes a wonderful gift for birthday or Christmas for a baker, a Mom who loves to bake you breads, or for a bread connoisseur! I know you’re out there! I would like to believe that each individual handmade wreath attracts their future owner.
