Seller response: We have shipped same ring to so many customers, we didn't received any complaint from them , and we had asked you to confirm the stone fitting charges first, because as per our company rule we can give you $20 as stone fitting charge, If the charges are more than $20, we must have to give new product to customer. But you never confirm the charges and corrected your ring.
