Seller response: The conversation was not one sided. We replied to the customers concern immediately. The item that was sent in a timely manner was the correct item ordered. ATP AT-205 Re-Seal Stop Leak. It comes in a red bottle label as well as blue. The buyer received the correct item. We offered a partial refund to accommodate her.
