I received a payment today, shows in my paypal account.. however the item is still in my booth as unsold and there is no indication from bonanza that the item was sold??

Everyone... I got a payment today, just a bit ago.. Actually found it as i went to look for something else.. The item is still in my booth as unsold and i have no notice of a new sale from Bonanza?? Anyone ever seen this?? Thanks, David

How did some of my listings become reserved without my knowledge?

Do i have to add products to my store to sell?

If i issue an immediate refund to buyer, do i need to do anything else?

sold some out of stock items (wasn't sinc'd with my eBay). I issued an immediate refund back through PayPal, messaged buyer with sincere apology. Do I need to do anything else? Cancel Order? What?

Price was changed on ebay but there is no change on bonanza though already imported.

I changed the price on eBay but it does not affect on the price at Bonanza. Eventhough I did data import and synchronization. Is there any person facing this problem? Please help me

Why does bonanza charge sellers fees on shipping amounts over $10

I don't understand this. A US Postal Service medium sized flat rate box costs $13.45 USD to ship from Florida to Washington. Why should sellers pay additional selling fees on the $3.45?

Are we charged fees on shipping costs above $10 even on international sales?

My listing offers free shipping within the US. To ship internationally, the total shipping/handling cost is $27.50. Will Bonanza charge me 3.5% fees on $17.50 of the shipping cost?
