What percentage is final value fee? My last five sales you charged me 30% FVF. How do you justify 30%? Even EBay doesn't charge 30% that I know of anyway.

I started a new account after taking a couple years off from selling and, boy, do I already miss the community forums/discussions! I don't know who or where to ask questions not relevant to the overall community ... or even feel like part of a community.

I sell health and beauty products. I've been out of the game long enough to no longer know the pricing, hottest brands and items, how others handle returns in a category where reselling used/returned products is prohibited by federal law, etc.

How to receive my refund

What if you purchase not just one item, but, two, and the seller states their was an error in the pricing? the seller states these errors are bonanzas fault. the seller refunds your purchase, but takes zero responsibility. what to do?
