I see my buyer left me feedback for her purchase, but i cannot find anyway to leave feedback for her.

Would someone help me with this? I have followed the sales link, looked at her feedback, the item and cannot find a way to leave feedback for her anyplace. Ahhh! :)

Where is the gizmo where we can tag someone else's items?
