DeltaTrak Certified Min/Max Alarm Thermometer Model 12237
The 12237 Certified Alarm Thermometer comes with a Min/Max memory, a large, easy-to-read LCD, and high/low alarm settings. The thermometer monitors temperature inside freezers, refrigerators, or cold holding display cases. The sensor has a 3 meter cable and a stainless steel, blunt probe enclosed in a sealed plastic bottle of propylene glycol. This enclosure prevents false alarms because the measurements of the probe are not impacted by rapid temperature fluctuations caused by frequent door openings that occur.Measurement Range -58F to 158F (-50C to 70C) Operating Range 14F to 122F (-10C to 50C) Accuracy 1.0F (-22F to 131F) 0.5C (-30C to 55C); otherwise 1.8F (1.0C) Display Resolution 0.1F/C Display Reading Update 10 seconds.
