One remote antenna BASE AND CABLE ONLY, ANTENNA NOT INCLUDED, YOU WILL TAKE YOUR EXISTING ANTENNA OFF THE BACK OF RECEIVER AND SCREW INTO THIS BASE . PRICED PER BASE (select QTY 2 if you want to remote a pair) Each includes as shown 1 antenna, and 1 base with 9.5 ft cable terminated with TNC. If your wireless receiver is in a rack, or setting at desk level, you may have dropouts due to the rack, or a sea of people absorbing the signal. Remote antennas let you get the antenna up higher over peoples heads, for better pickup, or outside of a metal rack or away from rack wiring which blocks signal. You can use the included adhesive pad to stick to top of your rack, or the keyhole to fit over a screw to secure to something. Works with EV RE-2. R300 and Telex FMR450 UHF systems. Note it does not fit the new EV RE-3 series unless you add a TNC to BNC adapter, (If you need for RE-3 ask, we are working on getting some in stock) For even more added gain, attach this antenna directly to/over a ground plane, which could be the metal rack, a metal plate, or even a drop ceiling grid (you can mount it upside down). For temporary setups, you may be able to find a way to zip tie, velcro, or attach base to a mic stand.
