From Just The Right Shoe by Raine, this is a little miniature collectible shoe, titled "Patently Perfect" and numbered Item 25046, dated 1999. It's a women's black patent leather shoe with a gold buckle. Measures about 4" long. Shoe is in brand new condition, has never even been out of the box until I took it out to photograph, and includes COA. Comes in original box, which is also in excellent condition.
