This is a chic little vintage two-piece wool knit suit in vibrant red with dark gray green trim. There are no labels - it looks very much like a vintage Butte knit suit to me. It also reminds me of St. John. It's so classic and striking! Extra Small. Fits my sz 2 dress form, which measures 34 - 25 - 34.5. Red, with contrasting trim (greenish gray? dark olive green?) Double knit. I believe it is wool. THE JACKET has a curvy notched collar. Bust darts. Crochet button, tab. Faux welt pockets. Long sleeves. Unlined. THE SKIRT has a waistband with elastic. Trouser hook and nylon zipper. Waist darts. Lined. In excellent vintage condition. From a smoke-free home.
