Rose and her sons continue the legend of Tommy Singer and his jewelry designs after his passing in 2014. This gorgeous necklace features round amethyst beads accented with splashes of turquoise, onyx, tiger eye and lapis beads. Sterling silver barrel beads finish the elegant look. Measures approx 21-1/4" long with a hook-eye clasp. Signed tag with T R Singer. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. His overlay pieces incorporated the most traditional of Navajo designs, designs that were inspired by Navajo rug patterns and other traditional designs. Tommy was also credited with inventing the chip overlay technique that was copied by many artisans to this day. Original Tommy Singer's jewelry pieces are always sought out by collectors due to the rarity, his details and quality of workmanship. Tommy passed away on May 31, 2014 from a tragic motor cycle accident.
