This is a vintage pair of GOLDTONE OVAL BROWN ENAMEL CUFFLINKS by SHIELDS!
Designer signed "Shields" on the inside of the bullet back brackets, this pair of vintage Cuff Links are long ovals in shape.
There is a lined pattern around the edge and a painted brown enamel center.
