Exceptional and near perfect square spine with its solid black and completely intact lettering nicely-placed right along the square edge of the spine. No transverse stress lines on spine. Near newstand quality bright cover colors and high gloss all the way across its exceptionally smooth and sleekly-defined surface area which is flawless with no stains, smudges, major creases, or discoloration at all ! In particular, the surface area adjacent to the spine has none of that "normal waviness due to glue application," so commonly associated with squarebound books from this era. The inside covers are white and clean as well as smooth and bright. This comic book has a very high level of gloss and cleanliness. Back cover is also white with no stains or soiling.
