All unused merchandise in new and unopened condition can be returned within 14 days of original order date. Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must call us at 877-417-6299 to receive a valid RA number. Please write your RA number on all return packages and paperwork. Requests for RA numbers must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping. Only the price of the product(s) will be refunded MINUS a 30% restocking fee. Shipping will be refunded if we accidentally sent you the wrong item or if your shipment arrived damaged. COD returns will not be accepted. Please insure your returned items for the full retail value and return by FedEx or UPS. Ship your returned products back in the original box with all accessories. Customers are responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Returns must be inspected prior to issuance of any refunds.
