Returns: We will accept returns within 30 days from the day the item was delivered for a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for the return shipping. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs. will be delivered by freight. Freight Customers: When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (must have forklift or loading dock on site) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address. If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must, in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise. International Customers: We do not ship outside of the USA unless this item is being forwarded via the Global Forwarding Program.
