I did count the bows, and it does appear that there are 20 inside. There is a very faint/small pink marking on the front of the bag. The bows all have a staple on the "sticky" part of the bow, and most of them appear to have some rust on the staple. But this is still an awesome item to add to your collection or to be used as a prop!
