Antique Brooch Leprechaun Marked and 34 similar items

WELCOME! Unique gold tone and glass brooch marked Made Czechoslovakia on the catch. The brooch has intaglio style design with a figural leprechaun / pixie sitting down and looking at a bird in a small tree. The glass is clear tinted amber/yellow with gold paint on the inside. The sides of the brooch are etched and look like satin glass. The gold tone edges /frame are open work filigree style. The brooch is approx 1 1/8" x 1 3/4." The brooch has some paint loss to the intaglio. There is also finish wear and some dark spots on the gold tone metal and wear to the pin stem. Please see photos. The photos are enlarged to show detail. The hardware is a closed C catch style. The pin fits very snuggly into the catch. Not a perfect piece, but certainly wearable / collectible.
