It is in very good cosmetic condition and works perfectly for many 1980's and early 1990's era Yamaha electronic instruments. This model is used with both professional pieces of gear, and some of the "Home" keyboards, drum machines and pads and the like. I know it's used for instruments like the RY10 Drum Machine, QY10 midi music composer, the DX100 FM synthesizer and accessories like the YME midi merge box, and several other electronic instruments from the same time period. It works great as a replacement for the Yamaha PA-1B or PA-1D models too, which are also hard to find now. It has an: output of 12 volts (12V) 0.3 A (300mA) with a positive (+) tip Barrel type plug, works perfectly for many Yamaha models Will work on keyboards, synthesizers, midi modules, samplers, effects units, tone generators, drum machines and drum pads, portable pianos and keyboards, sequencers and more that can accept these models.
