Color-King Natural Color Card, W.M. Cline Co., Chattanooga, Tennessee (9105) - The Battleship Texas, San Jacinto Battleground, Houston, Texas. This veteran of two World Wars now rests at permanent anchorage near the San Jacinto Monument, which marks the spot where Texas won its independence. The Battleship was presented to the State of Texas by the United States Navy in the spring of 1948, and the people of Texas raised the funds necessary to bring her home and to construct the permanent slip where she now rests.
"Plastichrome" by Colourpicture, Boston15, Mass., USA (P653) Pub. by Texacolor Card Co,. Dallas, Texas - Battleship Texas, Veteran of 2 wars, retired from active duty and now moored at San Jacinto Battlegrounds, Houston, Texas.
The postcards are complete and in VERY GOOD- FINE unused condition with some overall wear. The laminate from the Texacolor Card Co. is starting to peel around the edges.
