Item description
Benary Giant Salmon Rose Zinnia 10 seeds
the guide for planting Benary Giant Salmon Rose Zinnia seeds:
Materials Needed:
Benary Giant Salmon Rose Zinnia seeds
Seedling tray or small pots
Planting medium (a mix of loose soil, compost, and sand)
Spray bottle for watering
A sunny location (full sun)
Steps to Plant:
1. Prepare the Planting Medium
Mix garden soil, compost, and sand in a 2:1:1 ratio. Make sure the soil is well-draining and loose.
2. Sowing the Seeds
Fill seed trays or small pots with the prepared soil mix.
Make small holes about 0.5 cm ( inch) deep.
Place 1–2 Zinnia seeds in each hole.
Lightly cover the seeds with soil and mist with water to keep the soil moist (but not soggy).
3. Caring for Seedlings
Keep the tray in a bright location with indirect sunlight.
Maintain moisture by misting daily.
Seeds will usually germinate in 5–10 days.
4. Transplanting
Once the seedlings have 2–3 sets of true leaves (around 3–4 weeks old), they’re ready to be transplanted.
Transplant into larger pots or directly into garden beds, spaced about 25–30 cm (10–12 inches) apart.
5. Ongoing Care
Zinnias love full sun (at least 6–8 hours per day).
Water 2–3 times per week or when the soil starts to dry.
Fertilize with a balanced NPK fertilizer (e.g., 15-15-15) every 2 weeks.
Deadhead (remove wilted flowers) regularly to encourage continuous blooming.
Extra Tips
Avoid overwatering, as Zinnias dislike soggy soil.
They are heat-tolerant and relatively pest-resistant, but keep an eye out for aphids and fungal diseases.
